On February 8, 2016, Lynn Tarpy presented “Mediating the Business Dispute” to the ADR section of the Knoxville Bar Association.  The presentation consisted of discussions of first encounters of mediation, discussion of various disputes in which mediation played a role in the outcome of a case, preparation and handling of the mediation and this included the importance of the mediation date in ensuring the client’s understanding of the process and then mediation trends in Tennessee.
